Endeavor Catalyst has officially launched its fifth venture fund, securing $320 million in oversubscribed capital. This new vehicle will focus on supporting high-growth companies led by Endeavor Entrepreneurs, with a specific emphasis on the European market, which the firm identifies as its fastest-growing region.

The firm currently manages more than $850 million in assets and has a portfolio of 437 companies across 44 global markets. Its track record includes 39 exits and 83 portfolio companies valued at $1 billion or more. In Europe alone, the fund has backed 20 companies that have reached the unicorn valuation threshold.

Investment activity in Europe has accelerated significantly, with 12 companies selected in the first half of 2026 compared to 14 in all of 2025 and seven in 2024. European portfolio companies raised a total of $3.3 billion in funding rounds involving Catalyst between 2025 and mid-2026, surpassing all other regions.

The fund is active in 10 European countries, including Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Greece, Spain, and Turkey. Recent investments from Fund V include the Bulgarian company EnduroSat and the Spanish-founded HappyRobot. The firm plans to deploy an additional $25 million to $30 million throughout the remainder of 2026.

Endeavor’s Global Hub in London, launched in 2024, serves as a strategic base for over 90 entrepreneurs and 100 companies. The hub aims to connect founders with international capital and partners. The firm is currently prioritizing investments in deep tech, foundational AI, cloud infrastructure, and application-layer AI startups.
