ElevenLabs, a voice AI startup, has reached a valuation of $22 billion following a $300 million tender offer. This transaction effectively doubled the company's valuation from the $11 billion level achieved during a Series D funding round in February 2026.

Founded in 2022 by Mati Staniszewski and Piotr Dabkowski, the company has grown from a pre-seed valuation of approximately $10 million in early 2023 to its current multi-billion dollar status. Total funding raised by the startup across all rounds exceeds $781 million.

The company reports annual recurring revenue of approximately $600 million as of late 2026, compared to over $330 million at the end of 2025. Corporate clients, including Klarna, Deutsche Telekom, and Cisco, now account for more than 55% of the total revenue.

ElevenLabs provides synthetic voice technology for real-time AI agents, content production, and voice cloning, supporting over 180 languages. While the founders are considering a future IPO, the current corporate strategy prioritizes market share expansion over profit margins.
