Element-Technologii, a subsidiary of the Element group, has launched serial production of power modules and server power supply units in Moscow. The facility manages a full production cycle, covering component mounting, assembly, and testing of final products.
The project received funding of over 780 ₽ million through a preferential loan from the federal Industrial Development Fund under the Components program. These funds were used to acquire high-tech equipment, including automated surface-mount lines, optical inspection systems, and reflow ovens.
The company plans to manufacture up to 100,000 server power supply units with capacities up to 5 kW annually. Additionally, the production line is capable of outputting up to 25,000 power modules for electric vehicle charging stations, each with a capacity of up to 40 kW and an efficiency rate of up to 96%.
The produced power modules are designed for converting AC to DC for electric vehicle and bus charging stations. The server power supply units, ranging from 50 to 5000 W, are intended for data centers and high-performance computing systems, supporting hot-swap functionality for continuous operation.
