Electrify America has launched its largest charging hub to date, located at the Sand Lake Corners South shopping center in Orlando. The facility features 24 DC fast chargers, each capable of delivering up to 350 kW of power. The site is strategically positioned near major transport routes and tourist attractions, including Interstate 4, Orlando International Airport, and theme parks like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.

The expansion aligns with Florida's growing electric vehicle market. According to the US Department of Energy, the state recorded approximately 450,400 registered battery electric vehicles in 2025, ranking it second in the nation behind California. Currently, Electrify America operates over 350 chargers across more than 60 locations throughout Florida.

All 24 chargers at the new Orlando site are equipped exclusively with CCS connectors. While the company is testing NACS connectors at other locations, such as the Florida Mall, drivers are encouraged to verify connector types via the Electrify America mobile application. Additionally, the company plans to open another 10-charger station on Curry Ford Road in Orlando in the near future.
