Efsol has introduced an AI-powered performance incident analyzer for 1C systems within its Metrika42 platform. The tool is designed to assist manufacturing companies in diagnosing delays that impact production, material movement, and order shipping.
The analyzer processes data collected during incidents, including user operations, technology logs, server and database metrics, and locking information. It generates a diagnostic report that identifies deviations, potential causes, and a recommended sequence of checks.
During the early access phase, reports undergo expert or engineering review before being delivered to the client. The system distinguishes between verified facts and assumptions, highlighting where additional data is required to confirm the root cause.
Participation in the early access program is free of charge. Companies are invited to submit a specific 1C performance issue, including details on the delayed operation and its impact on users, via the Efsol website.
