Dyson has addressed reports regarding its new CameraJet electric toothbrush, which retails for $499. The device is the company's first model to feature a built-in camera within the brush head, allowing users to stream real-time footage of their oral cavity to a smartphone via Wi-Fi.

The toothbrush also incorporates AI algorithms designed to identify gaps between teeth and spray mouthwash into those areas, providing a function similar to dental floss. The product officially launched at the beginning of September.

Following the release, users on Reddit reported significant hardware failures. Specifically, customers noted that water entered the battery compartment within seconds of initial use. Dyson confirmed that a limited number of early production batches may be affected by these component issues.
