The Doubao mobile assistant team addressed reports of technical issues on the Nubia NaviX Ultra smartphone. Users began reporting problems on September 24, noting that the Honor of Kings game would forcibly disconnect them or display device environment errors.
The developers stated that the Doubao assistant did not interact with the Tencent game system. They confirmed that the AI did not perform any unauthorized clicks, use cheats, or simulate user behavior. The team is currently in contact with Tencent to resolve the situation.
As of now, the developers have not received a definitive response from Tencent. They advised users to stop attempting to log in to the game on the Nubia NaviX Ultra to avoid further issues. Users whose accounts were banned should contact official game support.
