Dogecoin Labs launched on October 21 as a partnership between the Dogecoin Foundation and the newly formed entity. The company is led by CEO Jordan Jefferson and consolidates three key products: the MyDoge wallet, the DogeOS app layer, and the Such App payment tool.
Under the agreement, the Dogecoin Foundation continues its focus on open-source development and advocacy. House of Doge, a Nasdaq-listed firm, is transferring parts of its engineering and commercial operations to Labs in exchange for an undisclosed equity stake.
The MyDoge wallet has reached over 500,000 users. The DogeOS platform launched its public testnet on September 30, while the Such App remains in the beta testing phase. The company aims to integrate these tools to facilitate large-scale payments.
Market data shows DOGE trading at $0.0799, reflecting a 36.8% decline since January 1. US spot Dogecoin ETFs recorded net outflows of $538,029 between October 1 and 13, following a September inflow of $3.16 million.
On-chain metrics from Santiment indicate that the 365-day Market Value to Realized Value ratio for the token is 0.74. This level suggests that recent holders are currently at a loss, though it is categorized as a lower-risk zone.
