DOM.RF Technologies, in collaboration with the Russian Ministry of Construction and the Kursk Region government, has assessed the digital maturity of local developers. The study covered all 15 housing construction companies in the region, which account for 373,000 square meters of ongoing projects. The average digital maturity level was recorded at 25%.

Large developers building over 50,000 square meters achieved a 55% maturity level, while medium and small companies scored 20% and 25% respectively. Currently, 20% of regional developers utilize BIM technologies, which reportedly reduce documentation errors by up to 80% and accelerate data extraction for cost estimation by 1.5 times.

Artificial intelligence is employed by 13% of developers in the region. Large firms use AI to analyze sales call quality, which has increased conversion rates by up to 20% in pilot projects. Additionally, AI is applied in construction monitoring and site safety compliance. Since September 1, 2026, the region has adopted a registry-based model for construction permits.

The assessment was conducted by the Center of Competence for Digitalization of Housing Construction. The findings aim to guide the digital transformation of regional companies and develop practical strategies for enhancing digital skills. Future efforts will focus on integrating digital solutions into core development processes to improve management of timelines and costs.
