Digital Logistics has integrated Gosklyuch into its versta.io and mestoX platforms, enabling electronic transport document signing. Users can now process electronic waybills and transport documents through any accredited operator, ensuring compliance with the federal law No. 140-FZ effective since September 1, 2026.
The platforms feature a new module that consolidates all incoming and outgoing shipping documents into a single interface. This automation allows logistics managers to handle documentation without switching between multiple systems. The system supports standard qualified electronic signatures, including NFC-based options.
Companies can delegate signing authority to drivers, enabling them to sign documents while on the road, including during night shifts or weekends. If network connectivity is unavailable, the system supports SMS-based signing. Additionally, businesses can outsource the signing process to versta.io by issuing a machine-readable power of attorney.
The integration of Gosklyuch simplifies the workflow by utilizing existing Gosuslugi accounts, eliminating the need for separate certification center visits. According to co-founder Viktor Sizov, the company aims to provide flexibility by supporting multiple signing methods and operators to streamline logistics operations.
