Denum Group has launched a digital financial asset (DFA) issuance for its subsidiary Denum Finance, aiming to raise 300 ₽ million. The application period for investors is open until November 11, 2026.

The issuance offers a fixed annual yield of 22%, calculated as the Central Bank of Russia's key rate plus 8%. The assets have a 12-month maturity with monthly interest payments and full principal repayment at the end of the term.

The offering is restricted to qualified legal entities, with a minimum nominal value of 1 ₽ million per asset. To ensure liquidity, the issuer provides an option for a secondary market buyback through the Sputnik DFA platform after six months.

The issuance is backed by a guarantee from MigCredit, which holds a ruBB- rating with a positive outlook from Expert RA. Proceeds from the offering are intended to support business growth and expand the company's installment lending portfolio.

This transaction marks the first public placement on the Sputnik DFA platform, which was registered by the Central Bank of Russia in May 2026. Denum Group previously issued DFAs in April 2024 on the Tokenon platform.
