Danila Dyugurov has been appointed as the new CEO of MWS Cloud, a subsidiary of MTS Web Services. He succeeds Evgeny Kolbin, who is leaving the company to pursue an international fintech project. Dyugurov previously served as the company's CTO since 2023.
During his tenure as CTO, Dyugurov led the development of the MWS Cloud Platform, which became publicly available in October 2025. He also assembled an engineering team currently consisting of 500 specialists with experience from major technology firms.
In his new role, Dyugurov will focus on business strategy, revenue growth, and expanding the client base. His technical priorities include scaling the MWS Cloud Platform, enhancing service reliability, and developing infrastructure for AI workloads, specifically GPU capacity and model training tools.
Dyugurov has nearly 20 years of experience in software development. His career includes roles at Yandex, where he worked on search quality tools, internal infrastructure, and the development of Yandex Cloud, including container and serverless ecosystems.
