Cyera has secured $400 million in a funding round led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives. This investment extends the company's Series G round and maintains its valuation at $12 billion. Since June 2025, the firm has raised a total of $1.94 billion.

The company, founded in 2021 by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan, provides a security platform designed to manage data access for AI agents, machines, and human users. Its product portfolio includes Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint, which monitor agent activities and local AI tools.

Cyera has completed six acquisitions to date, including the $1 billion purchase of Oasis Security. The company currently employs over 1,500 people and reports that its annual recurring revenue has tripled for three consecutive years.

According to company data, 20% of Fortune 500 firms utilize Cyera's technology. The new capital will support international expansion, product development, and work with U.S. federal clients, while providing flexibility regarding the timing of a potential IPO.
