The Cube Aruba Hybrid 600 Wave 2027 is designed for urban commuting and is now available in Germany. The retail price for the new model is set at €2 700. The bike features a Bosch Performance Line mid-drive motor and a 600 Wh battery. It is equipped with a Shimano Nexus five-speed internal gear hub.
The bicycle weighs approximately 27.9 kg and comes with standard urban accessories, including mudguards, a chain guard, a rear rack, and integrated lighting. The front suspension fork offers 50 mm of travel. The bike is fitted with Schwalbe Motion Big Apple tires, suitable for asphalt and light gravel paths.
The system is managed via a Bosch Purion 200 display. The use of an internal gear hub allows for a fully enclosed chain guard, as the design eliminates the need for lateral chain movement between gears, which is typical for external derailleur systems.
