Creem, a startup founded by former Google and Adyen engineers, has secured €5 million in a seed funding round. The investment was led by Warsaw-based Inovo VC, with participation from Practica Capital, Antler, and several angel investors, including Bolt founder Markus Villig. This latest round brings the company's total funding to €6.8 million, following a €1.8 million pre-seed round in August 2025.
The company provides billing, affiliate, and revenue-split tools designed for AI agents. By utilizing the Model Context Protocol, APIs, and platforms like Slack, Creem allows customers to manage financial operations directly through their own AI agents without relying on a proprietary dashboard. The platform handles global tax compliance, conversion analytics, and various pricing models, such as usage-based and prepaid structures.
Since October 2024, the team has expanded from one person to 15 employees. During this period, the company's annual recurring revenue more than doubled, exceeding €2 million. Creem aims to focus on outcome-based pricing, where AI agents receive compensation based on achieved results rather than traditional subscription models, positioning itself within the broader payment-processing market.
