CorpSoft24 has secured the 24th position in the CNews ranking of the top 25 electronic document management system (EDMS) providers. The company reported 80 ₽ million in specialized revenue, which includes sales of licenses, technical support, and related services.

The CNews ranking is based on specialized revenue data collected directly from developers and integrators, excluding non-core income. This year's research highlights a shift in the market, noting that the transition from foreign to domestic software is largely complete.

Market growth is now driven by the deeper integration of existing systems with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms. Experts project an annual market growth rate of 7–10% for 2026–2027, though economic constraints and technical limitations remain significant factors.

Artificial intelligence is identified as the key driver for the next stage of EDMS transformation. CorpSoft24 is currently developing AI agents capable of automating document registration, routing, and task management to improve efficiency for clients with limited budgets.

CEO Konstantin Renzyaev noted that while EDMS is not the company's primary business, the ranking confirms its significant scale in the sector. The company aims to focus on solutions that provide clear economic benefits and measurable efficiency gains.
