Vienna-based construction technology startup reebuild has secured €3 million in a seed funding round. The investment was led by Fortino Ventures, with additional backing from Rise PropTech and CuriosityVC.
The company provides an AI-powered platform that automates back-office tasks for construction and real estate firms, such as invoice processing, cost management, and material tracking. The software converts documents like delivery notes and invoices into structured data, reducing invoice processing time from over 20 minutes to approximately three minutes.
According to the company, its platform has already processed invoices totaling more than €530 million. It currently serves over 120 companies across more than 8,200 construction sites and projects. Users report that the technology can shorten approval cycles from five days to about 1.5 days and potentially reduce procurement costs by up to 20 per cent.
Reebuild intends to use the new capital to scale its operations beyond Austria and Germany into other European markets. The company also plans to expand its team in Vienna and develop new AI-native modules for project estimation, on-site documentation, and accounting to further automate commercial processes.
