Apple has officially launched its first foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo. Due to the high repair costs and the polished frame design, many users are purchasing protective cases and screen protectors to safeguard their devices.
However, reports indicate compatibility issues between these accessories. For instance, the official Apple protective case, priced at ¥599, is reportedly incompatible with Belkin screen protectors, preventing the front cover from closing properly.
Users have also criticized the official accessories, noting that the front section of the ¥599 case negatively impacts the device's tactile feel, while the ¥999 folio case offers insufficient protection.
Some users are turning to integrated case-and-protector solutions. Critics warn that these products make it difficult to clean out dust, which may lead to scratches on the polished frame over time.
