Colosseum released the second version of its AI assistant on October 1, 2026. The tool is designed to support developers building on the Solana blockchain by providing insights from past hackathon submissions.

The updated system now incorporates data from 8,286 projects across five different hackathons, including the recent Frontier Hackathon. This expands upon the original archive of 5,428 entries available at the tool's initial launch in March 2026.

New features include automated tagging of tools used in previous projects and trend analysis capabilities. For instance, the system identified that payment-related projects increased from 4.1% to 8.4% between events.

The assistant offers personalized recommendations based on a developer's specific technology stack. It integrates with AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and OpenClaw, and requires a Colosseum account for free access.
