Collibra has introduced a suite of runtime governance tools designed to manage enterprise AI agents. The new offerings include Live Map, Maestro, Guardian Agents, and Agent Contracts, which aim to reduce manual verification and operational risks associated with autonomous systems.
The Live Map tool utilizes a knowledge graph based on Neo4j to process unstructured data. By preparing reusable context from documents, it allows agents to access information without re-parsing data for every query, which improves token efficiency.
Collibra Maestro is designed to automate governance tasks that were previously handled manually. According to the company, this system can automate up to 80% of governance work, allowing organizations to maintain oversight as AI workloads expand.
To prevent unauthorized agent actions, Collibra uses Agent Contracts and Guardian Agents. These tools encode permitted behaviors based on data sensitivity and risk, blocking any actions that do not align with established policies before they occur.
