The digital real estate platform Cian has introduced a new comparison tool for residential complexes. Users can analyze up to 10 properties simultaneously across 15 key parameters, with an AI-generated summary provided for each project.
The service is available on both the web platform and the mobile application. To use it, users must be logged in and add residential complexes to their comparison list via the plus icon found in search results or individual property cards.
The comparison table includes data on price dynamics, sales rates, unit sizes, construction timelines, developer history, infrastructure, transport accessibility, and current promotions. The AI model analyzes these details to highlight specific features like location, views, and site amenities.
According to a Cian study involving over 1,180 potential homebuyers, 96% of respondents consider comparing residential complexes a necessary step. Data shows that 79.4% of buyers filter options before comparing, with 61.2% typically evaluating between 3 and 4 complexes.
