China Mobile officially launched its AI Trusted Computing (AITC) platform at the 2026 China Computing Power Conference on September 12. The solution is built on the company's domestic cloud infrastructure and integrates confidential computing, national cryptographic standards, and privacy protection technologies.
The platform provides multi-form confidential computing power and confidential tokens. It covers the entire lifecycle of AI training, inference, and data usage, aiming to allow public cloud users to operate with the security levels typically associated with private cloud environments.
AITC addresses security concerns in sectors such as finance, government, manufacturing, healthcare, and research. It prevents data leaks through end-to-end encryption, ensures models remain inaccessible during processing, and utilizes hardware-level verification to maintain a tamper-proof environment.
The system integrates AI-eSIM and Super SIM technologies to provide chip-level security for IoT and human-centric devices. This approach extends security measures from the cloud directly to terminal hardware, preventing key leakage and data tampering.
China Mobile has launched a strategic ecosystem partnership for AITC in collaboration with several industry partners. Participants include China Electronics, Bank of China, CNNC, CAICT, Huawei, ZTE, Alibaba Cloud, Inspur, Haiguang, Moore Threads, and Zhaoxin.
