The IIFAA Intelligent Agent Trusted Identity Working Group was established at the 2026 Inclusion Bund Summit. This organization is the first in China to focus on the trusted identity of intelligent agents, with over 50 institutions joining as founding members.

The group includes major technology and financial companies such as Alibaba, Ant Group, Huawei, OPPO, Lenovo, Xiaomi, StepFun, China Mobile Financial Technology, Trip.com, and Qualcomm. The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the Bank Card Test Center are also participating.

The initiative aims to address challenges in the intelligent agent economy, including identity verification, privacy protection, and standardization. The group focuses on defining authorization boundaries, verifying actions, and ensuring transaction traceability to support the commercialization of AI agents.

IIFAA Secretary-General Zheng Liang stated that the working group intends to build a foundation of trust for the agent economy. The goal is to ensure that every interaction involving an intelligent agent is verifiable and secure as the industry moves toward ecosystem-wide collaboration.
