The application features an AI-powered Q&A system that analyzes fraud risks, identifies scam types, and provides prevention advice. It also links relevant video cases to its responses. Users are encouraged to describe full scenarios rather than just providing phone numbers for more accurate results.

The tool has already proven effective in practice. In Fengxian, Shanghai, police used the app to identify a fraudulent software on a citizen's phone, preventing a woman from falling victim to a brush-and-rebate scam and stopping the shipment of a gold package.

Additional features include a fraud information section with regular updates on common scams via text and short videos, and a fraud dictionary containing electronic versions of the 'Telecommunications and Network Fraud Prevention Manual' with voice reading support.

The app is available in three versions: Standard, Senior, and International. The Senior version features enlarged fonts and a simplified interface for elderly users, while the International version is designed for foreign users to address cross-border fraud prevention gaps.
