The AI integration allows users to book rides directly within the Doubao interface while searching for local information such as dining or entertainment. The system suggests travel plans based on the user's destination.
The service offers personalized vehicle matching, allowing users to request specific vehicle types like spacious cars or those with pre-ventilation features. In Suzhou and Hangzhou, the system identifies requests for accessibility and recommends specialized vehicles for passengers with limited mobility.
Users can control vehicle settings directly through the Doubao chat interface. The AI agent supports pre-configuring preferences such as route details, air conditioning temperature, ventilation modes, and music styles.
