The Russian developer Brusnika has completed the rollout of the QMonitoring video analytics platform across all its construction sites. The decision follows a successful pilot project at the MONS site in Moscow, which demonstrated measurable operational improvements within the first month of use.

During the initial month, the system identified over 100 instances of heavy machinery downtime. The platform provided management with remote monitoring and statistical data, leading to improved discipline among workers and contractors. Automated reporting was also implemented to ensure immediate notification of operational issues.

Brusnika has integrated these analytics into its internal processes, specifically restructuring its Occupational Health and Safety department. The company hired additional staff to handle incident response based on the system's data. Currently, 450 cameras are connected across the developer's sites.

Over a six-month period, the system detected more than 8,000 safety violations. Key performance indicators include a 30% reduction in machinery downtime and the implementation of standardized safety protocols across all locations. The system also automates access control and monitors the use of required safety gear.

Future plans include expanding the system's functionality to monitor high-altitude work safety and track personnel presence on sites. The companies intend to enhance the detection of machinery downtime and introduce new categories for monitoring labor safety violations and contractor compliance.
