Borlas Group, a subsidiary of Softline, has signed a partnership agreement with LS-Tech, a developer of 3D parametric optimization software. Under the terms of the deal, Borlas has been appointed as the master distributor for the entire LS-Tech product line.
The LS-Tech ecosystem includes LS-Tech Parametrics, which features a proprietary geometric engine for real-time 3D modeling, the LS-Tech Optimizer for multi-criteria analysis, and the LS-Tech Framework integration platform. These tools are designed to automate engineering workflows.
The software is currently utilized in the aerospace, shipbuilding, and turbomachinery sectors. Borlas plans to expand the technology's reach into new industries, including automotive and rocket engineering, by developing a partner network and training technical specialists.
The collaboration focuses on integrating LS-Tech with other engineering solutions via open APIs. Work is currently underway to connect the software with domestic CAE systems to create a closed-loop cycle covering geometry design, strength analysis, and optimization.
