Boost Run, Inc. has entered into a five-year cloud services agreement with AI firm Cohere Inc. The contract is valued at $525.6 million, bringing the total cumulative contracted revenue for Boost Run to more than $2.6 billion.
Following the announcement on October 6, 2026, shares of Boost Run (Nasdaq: BRUN) increased by approximately 10 to 11 percent during pre-market trading.
Under the terms of the deal, Boost Run will provide dedicated GPU cloud infrastructure utilizing NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems. The initial acceptance of this infrastructure is scheduled for early Q2 2027.
The agreement contains specific performance requirements that must be fulfilled by July 15, 2027. Boost Run, an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Partner, utilizes capacity secured through a prior lease agreement with 10X Infrastructure Partners to support such large-scale contracts.
