BOE Technology has become the exclusive supplier of AI-native displays for the newly released Nubia NaviX Ultra smartphone. The device, marketed as the world's first AI agent phone, features LTPO 2.0 technology that enables dynamic refresh rate switching from 1Hz to 144Hz. This optimization reportedly improves overall battery life by 30%, allowing AI background processes to run efficiently even when the screen is off.
The display system incorporates a multi-layer eye protection suite, utilizing full DC dimming combined with 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for low-brightness scenarios. The screen reaches a peak outdoor brightness of 4500 nits and a minimum of 1 nit. It covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut with a 1.5K resolution, achieving professional-grade color accuracy with a Delta E value of less than 1.
Durability is enhanced through the use of next-generation high-strength microcrystalline glass, which offers double the wear resistance of standard glass and survives drops from 1.2 meters onto gravel surfaces. The smartphone is powered by the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform and includes a dedicated AI button with integrated fingerprint recognition.
The Nubia NaviX Ultra, also known as the second-generation Doubao phone, was developed by ZTE Nubia with AI integration provided by the Doubao assistant. The device is priced starting at ¥5999, with a subsidized price of ¥5499 available for domestic consumers.
