Blockworks has integrated Messari into its operations following the acquisition that closed on June 12, 2026. The combined entity now offers an automated compliance monitoring system that delivers alerts directly to financial institutions, exchanges, and regulators.
The platform utilizes a proprietary model trained on historical Messari research to perform initial verification. This system, branded as agentic surveillance, tracks over 60 distinct event types, including governance votes, regulatory changes, and token unlock schedules.
The infrastructure processes approximately 40 terabytes of data, covering market events, on-chain activity, and regulatory filings. It monitors more than 500 crypto assets, with alerts delivered via APIs and webhooks for integration into existing workflows.
Users can receive alerts in two formats: fully AI-processed for time-sensitive data or analyst-verified for complex situations. Additionally, the companies launched the Transparency Alliance in May 2026, which includes members such as Coinbase, Kraken, and Binance.US.
