The AI agent automates the primary review of reports by highlighting key changes and significant data points. This functionality aims to reduce the workload for analysts by handling routine inquiries and enabling managers to access insights without manual report filtering.
The accuracy of the AI analysis depends on the context provided, including the descriptions of datasets and charts. Users can navigate complex data structures by asking the agent to identify relevant reports based on their specific questions.
The new feature is currently available to users on the Professional plan. Bitrix24 has announced that customers subscribed to the Standard plan will receive access to these AI capabilities in the near future.
