The evaluation and development system for managers and teams, ERA, has rebranded to ERAleader. Bitobe, the developer, stated that the platform has evolved from a diagnostic tool into a comprehensive ecosystem for assessing and supporting organizational changes, leadership, and team dynamics.
The project originated in 2021, building on Bitobe's expertise in management development since 2000. The methodology incorporates models such as Hexaco, Ritchie-Martin, and Riss. Testing involved over 1,000 participants, and by the end of 2023, more than 2,600 individuals had completed the diagnostic process.
The system focuses on personality traits, risk-related behavioral strategies, and motivational drivers. It is used for candidate assessment, succession planning, and organizational diagnostics. Since 2022, a professional community has grown to include over 100 consultants, coaches, and HR practitioners.
In 2023–2024, the platform expanded to include team diagnostics, allowing for the analysis of management teams as unified systems. The methodology undergoes annual quality monitoring; the 2025 report indicates that 99% of participants confirmed result validity, with reliability scales ranging from 0.7 to 0.9.
ERAleader is listed in the Unified Register of Russian Software. As of July 2026, the company has updated its brand identity, client platform, and methodological framework. The system continues to provide analytical modules, leadership profiles, and coaching programs for various industrial sectors.
