Crypto exchange Bitget has launched the Bitget Alliance program, which allocates 30% of net trading commission revenue to a user reward fund. The initiative runs from September 28 to October 26 and is divided into four weekly periods.
To qualify, traders and asset holders must maintain a daily average turnover or balance of at least 100 USDT. As of September 29, the fund for the first period reached 1.21 million USDT, consisting of 728,953 USDT for trading activity and 485,969 USDT for asset holdings.
The trading portion of the fund is distributed proportionally based on user turnover, while the asset portion is calculated using hourly snapshots of account balances. Rewards are paid in USDT within two business days after each weekly period concludes.
The program follows a security incident involving the exchange's hot wallets on September 24. Additionally, Bitget is providing VIP 1 through VIP 7 clients with a 30-day status protection pass, with distribution scheduled to be completed by October 1.
