Bioterra, a Belarusian manufacturer and distributor of health products, supplements, and cosmetics, has implemented the Russian AI-driven low-code platform BPMSoft. The project was executed by the system integrator Bi-Logic.

The transition to the new CRM system aimed to improve operational efficiency and simplify internal workflows. The integrator team customized the interface, including user pages and product cards, to align with the company's specific business requirements.

The implementation automated end-to-end processes between departments and established data exchange with external systems. This integration unified operations within a single digital environment and reduced manual labor.

Vadim Piskunovich, Director of Bioterra, noted that the platform helped streamline internal processes and reduce the number of approvals. The company now utilizes a flexible tool to accelerate daily tasks and improve management reporting quality.

Dmitry Sandrigailo, Director of Bi-Logic, stated that this project expanded their industry expertise in the pharmaceutical sector. Vadim Sorokin, Commercial Director of BPMSoft, highlighted that the low-code approach allows companies to adapt processes quickly to market needs.
