BFT-Holding has updated its BFT.Zakupki SRM system by integrating a suite of AI-powered tools and a 24/7 virtual assistant. These features are designed to automate procurement workflows, including documentation preparation, bid analysis, and regulatory compliance monitoring.
The AI assistant provides round-the-clock support, helping staff navigate the system and access knowledge bases. Specialized AI services assist in selecting classification codes like OKPD2 and KTRU, identifying potential competition-limiting requirements, and suggesting neutral alternatives.
The platform also automates document verification by extracting data from participant submissions and comparing them against procurement requirements. Additionally, an AI agent can analyze internal regulations to formalize business rules and control parameters automatically.
These AI tools are modular and can be integrated into existing third-party SRM systems. According to BFT-Holding, the technology is intended to support human decision-making by handling high-volume data analysis while keeping the final approval process under human control.
