Bending Spoons, a Milan-based software firm, announced its acquisition of the visual collaboration platform Miro on September 10, 2026. The transaction values Miro at $1,355 billion in enterprise value, with an implied equity value of approximately $1,79 billion. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Miro generates about $600 million in annual recurring revenue, with nearly 90% of this figure coming from business and enterprise clients. The purchase price represents a multiple of roughly 2.3 times the company's annual revenue.

As part of the agreement, certain Miro shareholders have committed to reinvesting $295 million of their proceeds into Bending Spoons equity. This move aligns the interests of the sellers with the acquirer's stock performance and reduces the immediate cash burden for Bending Spoons.

Bending Spoons, founded in 2013, has completed over 50 acquisitions, including Vimeo, AOL, and recently Airtable. The company went public in July 2026, raising $1,68 billion at a valuation of $18,4 billion.
