Bell Integrator fabricaONE.AI, a subsidiary of Softline, has completed a project to automate corporate banking services for a Russian financial institution. The initiative aims to transition mass operations from manual processing to a fully automated digital environment across all regional branches.
The team developed four primary services: account reservation for new corporate clients, opening of ruble and foreign currency accounts, creation of payment registers for the Federal Treasury, and reporting for trustees. A fifth service, focused on beneficiary registries for social accounts, is scheduled for deployment by the end of 2026.
The implemented solutions utilize a microservices architecture, integrating with CRM and general ledger systems. Each service supports electronic signatures, secure document storage, and multi-channel notifications. The project was executed by a dedicated team of analysts and developers to ensure compliance with banking security and IT standards.
This automation allows corporate clients to manage accounts and reporting independently, reducing the workload on the bank's back-office. The modular design enables the bank to scale these services nationwide and integrate additional functionalities into its digital banking platform in the future.
