Russian hosting provider Beget reported a major technical incident that began on the night of November 2, 2026. The disruption affected the stability of numerous websites hosted on the platform, which serves hundreds of thousands of Russian domains.
Beget engineers are currently performing manual infrastructure adjustments across the company's data centers. The provider stated that the issue is complex and impacts all architectural levels, though they explicitly denied that the incident was caused by a physical attack on their facilities.
According to data from Detector404.ru, over 7,000 customers have reported service issues. Network disruptions, which began around 03:00 Moscow time, reached a 100 percent failure rate at their peak. The Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the IKI and ISZF is among the affected entities, with its official website currently inaccessible.
