Bank of America analyst Tal Liani upgraded Salesforce stock from Underperform to Buy. The bank also increased its price target for the company from $160 to $285.

The decision follows positive trends in the monetization of the Agentforce AI platform. The Winter 27 release expands the availability of these AI agents and integrates them into existing enterprise workflows.

Initial deployments of commerce-focused AI features showed a 13% increase in conversion rates and a 17% rise in cart additions. These metrics serve as early indicators of the platform's utility for business clients.

In May 2026, the bank had downgraded the stock due to concerns over slowing annual revenue growth, which was projected at approximately 10%, and limited customer acquisition. At that time, Agentforce contributed less than 2% to total revenue.

Following the upgrade, Salesforce shares rose between 3.5% and 4.6% during the trading session, reaching a range of $237 to $239. Prior to this, the stock had declined 13% year-to-date.
