Axenix has upgraded the artificial intelligence laboratory at Tver State Technical University (TvSTU) by installing new hardware, including a GPU, increased RAM, and expanded storage. Additionally, students received 14 new laptops for individual research. This infrastructure allows for advanced AI tasks, such as fine-tuning models and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
The laboratory, established in September 2024, has already hosted projects focused on image labeling, parking violation detection, and price tag recognition. These initiatives aim to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry requirements, preparing students for roles as system analysts, developers, and architects.
Starting in the 2025/2026 academic year, Axenix experts from the Tver office began teaching third-year students at the Faculty of Information Technology. The curriculum covers two core subjects: 'Design of Intelligent Information Systems' and 'System Analysis in Requirements Development,' totaling over 120 academic hours of theoretical and practical training.
On September 22, 2026, the company held a lecture for approximately 40 first-year students. The session focused on current AI trends, including AI assistants and vibe-coding. This partnership reflects a strategic effort to integrate practical industry experience into the university's engineering education program.
