ASML has announced a 10% price increase for all spare parts and components used in its EUV and DUV lithography equipment. The new pricing structure will apply to shipments starting in January 2027.
The decision affects South Korean clients Samsung and SK hynix. The price hike covers a wide range of items, from routine consumables to major assemblies like optical elements and precision drives.
In the previous year, service, spare parts, and equipment upgrades generated €8.193 billion for ASML, accounting for 25% of its total revenue of €32.667 billion.
ASML is also currently negotiating potential price increases for new lithography equipment with its key customers, following similar moves by other industry suppliers like Applied Materials and Tokyo Electron.
