NPK Askont+, a Russian veterinary drug manufacturer, has automated its sales and regional management processes using Bitrix24. The project was implemented by TANAiS, which integrated the CRM system with the company's 1C software to create a unified digital environment.
The implementation followed an MVP model, allowing for gradual system development. The new setup digitizes the entire sales cycle, from planning visits and recording agreements to tracking orders and actual shipments. Regional representatives now have mobile access to partner purchase histories.
The project introduced an analytical client map that visualizes farm data and tracks sales dynamics over a two-year period. This allows management to evaluate regional performance based on data rather than verbal reports, ensuring that agreements are linked to actual shipments.
Within the first six months of operation, the company reported a 20% to 45% increase in process speed, reduced working time losses in the field, and a shorter cycle from agreement to shipment. Since the beginning of 2025, more than 15 processes have been automated.
Askont+ plans to further expand its use of Bitrix24 by automating workflows in its quality control, R&D, and procurement departments.
