Free-tier users are now restricted to viewing only their 100 most recent transactions. Additionally, the platform has removed access to transaction filtering, the Tracer 2.0 tool, custom label and entity creation, and the counterparties section for non-enterprise accounts.
The Enterprise subscription provides a comprehensive toolkit, including asset tracing, risk scoring, case management, and transaction analysis. The company is targeting this offering at compliance teams, investigators, and trading researchers.
Despite these restrictions, the Visualizer 2.0 interactive graphing tool remains accessible to free users. Furthermore, the company has implemented real-time data updates across the entire platform, benefiting all user tiers.
To support independent researchers and organizations, Arkham has launched an Enterprise Grants program, which provides complimentary access to the full suite of tools for qualified applicants.
