The new updates to the Argus WFM CC system focus on improving the operator distribution across active lines. The system now accounts for group working hours, employee availability, and parameters for regular training, meetings, and certifications. This reduces the need for manual schedule verification by planning specialists.

For multi-skill planning, the system distributes employee working time only among lines that are active at a specific moment. If an operator has a flexible start time, the system excludes shifts that fall outside the line's operating hours.

The update also simplifies the internal event planning. Users can set a date range or a 'once per period' mode. Mandatory activities are automatically included in the schedule, while optional ones are assigned based on available resources.

For group events, the system allows setting a minimum and maximum number of participants. Argus WFM CC then selects available operators and assigns a common time based on planning parameters, event periodicity, and current workload. This functionality is used for regular training, onboarding new employees, certifications, and team meetings.
