Arf, a Swiss-regulated provider of working capital, has partnered with Ripple to provide settlement liquidity for cross-border payment firms. The collaboration, announced on October 22, 2026, utilizes Ripple's stablecoin, RLUSD, directly on the XRP Ledger.

The service aims to eliminate the need for pre-funding in international transactions. Licensed payment firms can borrow RLUSD for periods ranging from 1 to 5 days to complete settlements, repaying the capital once their own funds arrive.

The rollout is structured in phases, starting with direct liquidity provision. Future stages will integrate with the native lending features of the XRP Ledger once those are fully operational.

Founded in 2019, Arf operates under the supervision of the Swiss VQF. The company maintains offices in Zug, Istanbul, London, and New York. It previously worked on the Stellar network and merged with Huma Finance in 2024.

Arf reports a 0% default rate over more than 1,400 days of operations, with capital turnover reaching 4 to 4.8 times per month. The firm exclusively serves licensed institutions.
