Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 will feature an AI-driven summary tool that analyzes a user's day and generates a summary of events, including conversations. To differentiate from competitors, Apple is focusing on privacy, ensuring the system does not record or store audio and does not display conversation transcripts.

The company is also launching a new Readiness app, a variant of the Vitals app, to compete with fitness software like Oura and Whoop. This application will utilize sensor data from the Apple Watch, including blood oxygen levels and heart rate information.

The updated hardware will include new colors, adjustments to the case and straps. Specifically, the Series 12 will reintroduce the ceramic case option for the first time since the Series 5, while the Ultra 4 is expected to offer improved battery life.
