Apple has officially launched the Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4. The Series 12 starts at ¥2 999 for the GPS model and ¥3 799 for the GPS plus cellular version, while the Ultra 4 starts at ¥6 499.

The Series 12 features the new S11 chip and an upgraded health sensor system. It includes a larger optical heart rate sensor that measures heart rate every 5 seconds, increasing heart rate variability measurement frequency by up to 24 times compared to the previous generation.

A new readiness score feature in the Series 12 analyzes activity, training load, and sleep data to provide a score from 0 to 10. The watch comes in 42mm and 46mm sizes, featuring a new bronze color and second-generation ceramic glass with 60% higher crack resistance.

The Apple Watch Ultra 4, available in natural and black titanium, also runs on the S11 chip. It offers up to 50 hours of battery life, extending to 84 hours in low-power mode. In extended workout mode with full GPS and heart rate tracking, battery life reaches 25 hours.

For long-distance activities, the Ultra 4 supports up to 45 hours of tracking in maximum extended mode. The device also introduces new band colors and the Grand H titanium band for the Hermès edition, alongside exclusive Fathom and Wonder watch faces.
