Onlanta, a subsidiary of the Lanit group, has deployed its corporate AI platform, Onlanta AI Hub, for APPIA Logistics. This solution provides employees with centralized and secure access to various AI models while ensuring compliance with internal information security policies.
APPIA Logistics, which has been operating in the Russian transport and logistics market since 2006, required a standardized approach to integrate external AI tools. The company sought to streamline procurement, contract management, and data protection processes that were previously complicated by direct subscriptions to foreign services.
The Onlanta AI Hub platform allows APPIA Logistics to contract with a Russian legal entity and conduct payments in rubles. The service provides a unified interface where employees can select between powerful models for complex analytical tasks and standard tools for daily operational work.
The platform includes both Russian and third-party AI models. Onlanta manages the catalog and updates the available tools to ensure they meet security and data protection requirements. This approach eliminates the need for individual employee subscriptions and allows for flexible scaling of AI usage across business processes.
Andrey Shvyrev, IT Director at APPIA Logistics, noted that the service enables the company to expand AI adoption under corporate control. Dmitry Vasiliev, product manager at Onlanta, emphasized that the platform provides a selection of tools tailored to different business scenarios.
