Apollo, known legally as ZenLeads Inc., has launched three new AI-driven products aimed at consolidating sales operations. The suite includes Builder Studio for custom tool creation, the Intelligence Layer for data analysis and agent-based tasks, and Messaging OS for automated outreach.

The Builder Studio allows users to generate functional tools, such as databases or web pages, using natural language prompts. It operates on Apollo's infrastructure, enabling staff to deploy systems without dedicated engineering support. The Intelligence Layer utilizes the Intelligence Profile to maintain contact data and GTM Harness to execute tasks like prospecting.

Messaging OS automates communication by monitoring buying signals and coordinating sales and marketing efforts to prevent overlapping campaigns. Users can integrate these tools into existing software or operate directly within the Apollo platform. The company positions these products as an alternative to hiring large operations teams.

CEO Matt Curl introduced the suite at the ApolloNEXT 2026 event in San Francisco. The company reports that its software is currently used by 5 million individuals across more than 600,000 organizations, including over 100 Fortune 500 companies.

Apollo has secured approximately $250 million in total funding. Its last disclosed financing was a $100 million Series D round led by Bain Capital Ventures in August 2023, which valued the startup at $1.6 billion.
