Anthropic has selected Nasdaq for its upcoming initial public offering. The company submitted a draft S-1 registration statement to the SEC on June 1, 2026. The firm aims for an October 2026 market debut, intending to complete the process before the November US midterm elections.
The company is targeting a valuation of approximately $2 trillion. This follows a May 2026 Series H funding round that valued the business at $965 billion after raising $65 billion. The IPO could potentially raise between $60 billion and $100 billion.
Nvidia is reportedly considering a $10 billion investment in the offering. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and Morgan Stanley will serve as lead underwriters. Anthropic reported an annualized revenue run rate exceeding $65 billion as of July 2026, alongside net losses of nearly $42 billion in 2025.
